Lunar Astrology: For All 12 Signs!

*This astrology section will present an alternative to the typical solar predictions, which you read in most magazines.  Unlike typical Sun Sign Astrology, you do not need to know your ‘sign’ in order to take full advantage of the advice given in this column.  The information you are about to read pertains to ALL 12 Sun Signs, as well as to every Moon Sign and every Rising Sign.  So, please read on and empower yourself!

In my view, the goal of Astrology is to align with energetic opportunities in order to create a more satisfying result in our lives. Using the Moon’s cycles, I will show you ways to ‘tune in’ to a very powerful time of month. New Moons are the time of the month for planting seeds into Universal Consciousness and for ‘new beginnings’ in the area indicated by the sign in which the New Moon is occurring. Much like a farmer waiting for the most propitious time of year for planting seeds in order to yield healthy & abundant crops, YOU as a co-creator on Earth, can harness lunar (and all Astrological) energy in practical ways. Utilizing the New Moon as a magickal time can yield fantastic results in your life, when you conscientiously work with these powerful energies.

 

Come One, Come ALL!

Every month, starting with January 2006, I will host a New Moon meeting in which we will discuss the Lunar Seeds we can 'plant' in our lives, individually and collectively according to the astrological sign of the Lunation!  This is your opportunity to act pro-actively in your Life on a regular basis. BE THE MAGICIAN and take charge of the most fertile time of the month to create the outcomes you desire!

We will discuss the New Moon's "Natal Chart" as well as where the lunation falls in your own Natal Chart. This will give you the opportunity to work in Harmony with Nature and with that Bright Crescent Orb who lovingly supports you on your Journey.  The New phase of the Moon's cycle is the time of month best used for 'New Beginnings' and for 'planting seeds' as such it is very fertile and it is the perfect time to pull out the "Inner Farmer" and sow the seeds in the Garden of Universal Consciousness!

I will also take the opportunity to introduce a related God or Goddess of the Month and we will discuss the symbolism and how the character relates to the New Moon in question. I suspect we will have a fun and exciting evening every month!  Just as a 'teaser' for you, January is named for the Roman god, Janus. He has 2 faces, one looking forwards to the future, and the other looking behind him towards the past...interesting symbolism as we say good-bye to 2005 and look with hope towards the New Year!

*Knowledge of Astrology and Mythology is not necessary but of course, very helpful. Just come prepared to share a "Dream" you wish to work with each month and we will hold Space energetically for each person. I will facilitate an understanding of the symbolism of the Lunation in your chart if you are not familiar with it yet. If you do not have a natal chart printed, I will be happy to print one out for $2.00 - with the LUNATION included -  just let me know ahead of time (email me your birth date, time and city).
